If I judge at all, it's by how they treat others and if they carry themselves with dignity. So I guess that would be "who they are". Their authentic selves, not the front they put on in public.

Both how a person looks and who they are is a reflection of self-confidence.

I accept a person for who they are unless they prove to me they are something else. I trust everyone, till the first time they abuse that trust. After that it is difficult for me to trust them again.
